Lance is the Chief Creative PixelMonkey within the PixelPops organization. With a background in both Advertising Art and a BBA in Marketing Management, Lance brings the cutting edge graphics flair to the group. Since 2001, Lance has toured the country speaking to thousands of videographers and designers helping them to push the creative envelope within the multimedia industry. In late 2005, Lance received the coveted WEVA Walter Bennett Service to Industry Award for his continued dedication and service to the videography world through teaching and professionalism in the industry.

Born and raised in Dallas, TX (though an avid Oklahoma Sooner fan), Lance always loved being creative. "I got hooked on graffiti art back in the early '80s when the breakdancing craze was happening. That eventually led me to the world of being a techno DJ in college as it mixed art with music. In the early '90s a lot of clubs started showing psychedelic animation videos such as The Mind's Eye...I was hooked from the first frame."
